Plan
Each tranche is tied to milestones written into the fund plan: hectares planted to spec, a line commissioned, a permit in hand.
Evidence
AlterAgro captures proof in the field: drone counts and canopy maps, field-robot spray logs, packhouse grading, sensor streams and registry extracts. Every capture carries its place, time and source.
Seal
AgriVault checks the evidence against the plan and seals it tamper-evidently. A sealed record cannot be quietly edited later.
Release
Capital moves only when every milestone behind a call is sealed. If proof is missing, the call is held — and everyone can see why.

Outside South Africa we work through local certified operators trained on the AlterAgro capture protocol. The evidence is sealed the same way, and AlterFUND reports in the fund's own currency. Our first international example is an almond orchard in Kakheti, Georgia.
